A safety inspection of Fox Cove play equipment revealed a number of hazards and safety issues.SAFETY IS THE PRIORITY. THE EQUIPMENT IS, THEREFORE, NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR USE.
The swings and suspension bridge have been dismantled, and the area has warning signs and caution tape around it. The equipment and surrounding railroad ties will be removed shortly. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY OR CLIMB ON THE REMAINS.
The Board is considering options for replacement, and the impact to Association funds. The process will take time, and we may be unable to replace the set. Please allow time for a thorough review. Check here for updates.

Fox Ridge was developed in the late 1980's. Today, this well-established community is home to 100 families. The combination of low annual dues, and the convenient location, near shopping, dining, golf courses, and the Historic Triangle, make Fox Ridge a desirable place to live. The community is self-managed by a board of community members.

At Fox Ridge annual dues pay for common area maintenance and professional services. This includes landscaping/mowing, maintenance of the swing set, pavilion, picnic tables, both entrances, stormwater management systems, plus insurance, mailings, our website, and bookkeeping.
Dues are never used to pay for social events.

Association members are the HOA. Input from the members, and participation helps to create a friendly, vibrant, and desirable community.
Every effort is made to respond within 48 hours.
Board members are volunteers, and neighbors!
